Check out our dry saunas and relax your muscles after workout. Each locker room has a sauna with seating to promote relaxation and heavy sweating.
To prevent long closures of the sauna for maintenance repairs, please abide by these rules and procedures for using the sauna.
Complimentary Towel Service
So you can dry off and cool down, we provide the luxury of fresh towels in the locker rooms and throughout all workout areas. Small and large towels available for every need.

Our spacious and comfortable locker rooms create a relaxing environment for both pre and post workouts!

Looking for the perfect place to host a corporate fitness class? Whether it’s a day of team building or just a way to get everyone together out of the office, we’ve got the perfect activity for you. Plan a “fit day” with your staff!

NB Fitness Club RULES. Your staff is amazing. All the interactions I’ve ever had with everyone has always been so friendly and helpful. I felt like everyone learned my name really quickly and it made me feel comfortable right away. It’s sometimes intimidating coming to a gym, but I never ever felt out of place.

Yes the equipment is updated and awesome. Of course it’s always clean – the gym and the men’s locker room. But as a member for almost 5 years – the thing that stands out is the staff. Friendly, funny and attentive – the crew at the NB Fitness is the best. Go see them! What are you waiting for?
I have been a member at NB Fitness Club for over three years now. The staff is energetic, upbeat, and always willing to help. The new expanded facility is fantastic, with larger cardio and weight areas and a turf training section. The locker rooms are large with a plethora of amenities and are always clean!
I absolutely love working out at NB Fitness. There is no where else in or around the city where you can find facilities this state of the art and a staff this dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals for a price that doesn’t break your bank account.
