Beyond just fitness, this program helps you move better, reduce injury risk, and stay motivated with personalized goal-setting and progress tracking. No matter your age or experience, you’ll leave every session feeling stronger, more energized, and unstoppable!

 

LCP offers MYZONE®, a wearable heart rate monitor that will measure your physical activity using different variables, including heart rate, calories and exercise duration. Participants wearing the belt will have their stats displayed on the mounted turf TV. Get ready to challenge your teammates and push your fitness to the next level!

Class sizes are limited so trainers can give you the attention you deserve. 16 (1 hour) classes per week – unlimited access.

  • STRENGTH COMPONENT: Give your muscles the stimulus they need to see desired results. Our strength classes use free weights, TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, and much more!
  • CONDITIONING COMPONENT: Conditioning isn’t just running on the treadmill. We’ll condition using a variety of methods including speed drills, sled work and mobility training.
