Small group training offers a personalized fitness experience within a supportive and motivating environment. It combines the benefits of individual coaching with the energy of a group setting, allowing participants to focus on their unique fitness goals while enjoying camaraderie and encouragement from others.

Throughout the year, we provide a variety of programs tailored to different exercise skills and interests, ensuring there’s something for everyone! Our expert trainers guide each session, offering personalized feedback and modifications to help you achieve your best results.

6 Week Golf Program

  • March 31 – May 7, 2025
  • Monday/Wednesdays
  • 7:30am – 8:30am
  • Instructor: Trainer Kyle
  • 8 person limit
  • Total Cost: $300 ($25 per class)
  • Focuses: Increase driving distance by focusing on rotational power through the hips and core | Improve overall strength gains using a variety of functional strength exercises (squats, bench, deadlifts, lunges, etc.)
