Group Exercise
Advanced registration via your MyiClub portal is required for all classes to:
- Guarantee a spot
- Be updated of any last minute class changes via email
Please arrive a few minutes early, as many classes require equipment setup. As a courtesy to instructors and participants, late arrivals beyond 5 minutes will not be admitted. If you arrive after the start time, your reserved spot will be forfeited.

Our Outdoor Summer Bootcamp is free for members and non-members! Join us down at Athlete’s Park every Wednesday night at 5:30pm for an hour of strength and cardio! All ages and fitness levels welcomed. Runs June – September. 2026 Start date TBD.

This class is limited to 8 people per class. It is a 45 minute class that combines treadmill intervals with a strength circuit! Get both strength and cardio all in one class! This is an intermediate to advanced level class. For first time participants, we recommend coming early for set up.

Yoga sculpt is a high energy yoga class consisting of vigorous vinyasa poses with an additional metabolic boost. Class incorporates the use of weights with traditional yoga poses and cardiobursts for maximum calorie burn.
