Small Group Training

At NB Fitness Club, we also offer small group training sessions for 2-5 people who want the teamwork feel with individual support.

Small group training offers a personalized fitness experience within a supportive environment. It combines the benefits of individual coaching with the energy of a group setting, allowing participants to focus on their unique fitness goals while enjoying camaraderie and encouragement from others.

Grab your friends and train together in a motivating, coach‑led environment. Small group training is limited to 2-5 participants. Whether your group has a specific goal in mind or just looking to switch up your workouts and let a trainer lead your group, this is for you!

Throughout the year, we also provide a variety of programs tailored to different exercise skills and interests, ensuring there’s something for everyone!
