Transparency is important to us!

To ensure the best experience for all members, please take a moment to review the policies outlined below. We want all members to be fully informed in regards to membership rules and guidelines. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask the front desk!

Member Policies & Forms

Guest Policy

All current members are allowed unlimited FIRST TIME guests throughout the year. After one free visit, all repeating guests must pay our normal $20 daily guest fee each time they come in. We also offer a 10-visit guest pass for $150 for those who enjoy visiting the club periodically, but do not want to become a regular member.

New to the area and interested in joining? If it’s your first time in the club, enjoy a complimentary day pass to try out the facility and see if it’s what you are looking for!

Freeze Policy

You can freeze your membership for up to 12 consecutive months for $15 per month. We require written notification via our freeze form for all freeze requests. If you are unable to come into the club to fill out a form, please click the link below and email the form to info@nbfitnessclub.com. We will reply to confirm receipt of your form.

Forms must be received 10 days prior to your next billing date in order to be effective for the following month. All freezes must begin on the 1st day of a month and end on the last day of a month, you cannot freeze mid-month to mid-month. We will pro-rate your dues if you unfreeze before your scheduled end date.

You CANNOT cancel your membership while it is frozen. You will need to unfreeze and pay one additional full month’s dues before canceling.

Cancellation Policy

We require one additional, full month’s dues payment for all cancellation requests from the date we receive your termination form (i.e. if you want to cancel effective for October 31st, you need to submit your termination form by September 30th). We require written notification via our cancellation form for all cancel requests.

If you are unable to come into the club to fill out a form, please click the link below and email the form to info@nbfitnessclub.com. We WILL reply to confirm receipt of your form, generally within 24hrs (Please note that replies may take longer over weekends and holidays). If you don’t get a reply from us, double check to make sure you emailed the form to the correct address.

 

Referral Program

Refer a friend (they must be a first time member) , get a free month of membership! Referral gifts are limited to 1 per month. To receive credit for a referral, the new member must list the current member’s full name in the correct field of the membership form when joining. The new member must be a member for 2 FULL months before the member who referred them can get the referral gift, which can change month to month.

*Referral gifts do not apply to 10-Pass purchases.

Every month, we provide our members with an informative newsletter outlining everything that is happening at the club, including holiday hours, club updates, recipes from Trainer Christine, and more! Not getting our emails? Check your spam. If you have unsubscribed in the past, email info@nbfitnessclub.com so we can add you back onto the email list.

What is MyiClub?

MyiClub is our membership portal, where you will find all details of your account. You will be prompted to create an account upon becoming a member and will use this portal to sign up for group fitness classes and update billing, etc.
